Availability and Booking

The price per week covers the cost of full, private use of Lindos Villa Fedra for up to six people (3 bedrooms) fully inclusive of air conditioning.  We also provide a complementary welcome pack for stays of 7 nights or more.

Bed linen, hand, face & bath towels are provided. No beach towels are provided. The villa will be cleaned weekly and bed linen and towels will be changed weekly.  For stays of 7 nights or more there will also be a mid-week clean.  Additional cleaning/changes on request, payable locally for a small charge.

For long winter/off season lets of more than 2 weeks, a discount can be negotiated. Please ask for more details.

 

We are pleased to announce that all guests at Lindos Villa Fedra will be able take advantage of the spa and wellness facilities at the Lindos Bay Hotel together with their bars and restaurants.

Special Notes

• For reservations, a deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure.
• Our preferred arrival/departure days are Wednesdays or Saturdays. Other days of the week are possible and depend on the time of year. Please call or email to discuss your request.
• If you wish to book Lindos Villa Fedra within 8 weeks of travel, the full amount is payable upon reservation.
• Lindos Villa Fedra is a strictly Non-Smoking Villa and your cooperation is appreciated.
• £150 security deposit is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday, providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay.
• Arrival time is after 4pm. Lindos Villa Fedra must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
• Full booking conditions will be sent with the reservation form. We can send you an advance copy of this on request via email.
• Payment currency and methods: Payment required in GBP by personal cheque or Internet bank transfer.

We are very happy to help with flights and car hire and we are also able to offer private airport transfers to the villa.

Villa Fedra will be professionally managed during your stay. Our property management team have the added advantage of being fluent in both Greek and English. They will ensure that the villa is in top quality condition for your stay and you will have the peace of mind of knowing that they are only a phone call away.
